By accessing or using the CedarChoice website and the social entertainment features it contains, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from use of CedarChoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
CedarChoice is a free social entertainment platform only. It is not a real-money operation. No real money can be deposited, stakeed, won, or withdrawn through any mechanism on this website. Virtual credits distributed through the platform carry no monetary value whatsoever and cannot be converted into any form of currency, goods, services, or prizes.
The visual format of our entertainment product resembles traditional arcade column experiences. This resemblance is a stylistic choice and does not imply, suggest, or constitute real-money engagement of any kind. CedarChoice is not licensed as a real-money operator and does not seek or hold such licences.
Access to CedarChoice is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By confirming the age gate at entry you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over. If it comes to our attention that a user is under 18, we will take reasonable steps to restrict their access and, where technically possible, remove any data associated with that user. All content on CedarChoice — including but not limited to the Egyptian symbol artwork, the platform design, the Super Play Meter mechanic, the written copy, and the brand identity — is the property of CedarChoice or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
The platform integrates typefaces delivered via Google Fonts (standard API terms apply) and icon components from Font Awesome (free tier, CC BY 4.0 attribution licence).
CedarChoice is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that the game mechanics will meet any particular expectation of entertainment outcome.
Because no real money is involved, any disruption to the platform — including data loss, session resets, or temporary unavailability — causes no financial harm to you as a user. Virtual credits lost due to technical errors will not be compensated, as they carry no monetary value.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CedarChoice and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of CedarChoice shall not exceed CAD $0, reflecting the fact that the platform is entirely free and no financial transaction takes place.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Rules at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date below when changes are made. Continued use of CedarChoice after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will display a notice on the homepage for at least seven days.
